Position Overview
In this role, you will join our HR department and work closely with our two team members. Your main focus is managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process. You will also play a key role in strengthening our employer branding in collaboration with the Marketing team. You’ll have plenty of freedom to refine our processes and take full ownership of recruitment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, which includes for example:
- Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and role specifications.
- Conducting initial candidate screenings and providing support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post them on our careers website as well as relevant job boards.
- Manage, if needed, pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference checks.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill & cost-per-hire.
- Promote the company’s brand, values, and culture to candidates through effective communication and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Continuously optimize and improve our recruitment processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
Who are you?
- MBO or HBO degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or growing company.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch (native) and good English skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and job boards.
- Familiarity with using AI and other new techniques or the wish to explore and learn this fast.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

A position of 16 to 28 hours per week with a hybrid work model, requiring you to spend at least 80% of your contracted hours on-site.
