Recruitment Process
1: Application
We are in receipt of your application and will try to contact you by phone within one working week;
2: Getting acquainted
We’ll plan in a brief introductory interview to get acquainted and go through your application together.
We’ll introduce you to the team manager if we feel there’s a good match. You’ll also receive a work
style test from us;
3: Initial interview
We’ve established there’s a match and that’s why we’d like to invite you for a cup of coffee at the
office, or possibly online with the team manager. We’ll then discuss both your CV and the position.
4: Second interview
We may sometimes invite you in for a second interview, which we’ll use to go into the role in a little
more detail, in order to make sure we can meet each others expectations. We can also use this
opportunity for you to meet the team.
5: An offer
Still enthusiastic! Then we’ll send you a suitable offer.
