Mobile Mapping vehicles

Mobile Mapping

We launch projects with Mobile Mapping, in order to collect the right information for efficient Asset Management. Mobile Mapping is an advanced technique whereby specially equipped vehicles collect geographic information. AI-InfraSolutions has its own Mobile Mapping vehicles which are fully equipped with cameras and scanners.

These vehicles feature a 360 camera, several high resolution cameras and one or two LiDAR scanners to generate point clouds. A high quality GNSS is used to determine the vehicles’ geographic location.

Blurring people and vehicles

Blurring

Privacy-sensitive information may be featured on the images when collecting data, like vehicles or people. AI-InfraSolutions observes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when using the acquired data.

AI-InfraSolutions applies a 'blurring' technique to ensure any recognisable people and vehicles are no longer identifiable. AI-InfraSolutions has developed its own software to anonymise images. This software is available in the form of a license with a CPU or GPU version.
