Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This team currently consists of four professionals and offers plenty of opportunities for collaboration and growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and other reactive communication with potential customers. Additionally, you will ensure accurate customer data management in our system and provide support in preparing for trade shows and other sales activities.

You will work closely with the sales team, supporting them as needed to help achieve our commercial goals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming phone calls and other communication from potential customers.
  • Accurately maintaining customer information in our CRM system.
  • Assisting in the preparation of trade shows and other marketing and sales activities.
  • Supporting sales team members with administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Actively contributing to achieving team and individual targets.
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting the sales team in reaching commercial objectives.
  • Preparing quotes for both prospective and existing customers and following up on them.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum MBO (Associate Degree) level of education, preferably in a commercial field.
  • Experience in an inside sales or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments within the company.
