Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.
This team currently consists of four professionals and offers ample opportunity for collaboration and growth. You will work closely with the sales team and support them as needed to help achieve our commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and following up on quotations in collaboration with the sales team
- Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring up-to-date customer information
- Acting as a sparring partner for sales and marketing in optimizing customer communication
- Proactively managing incoming customer contact (phone, email, LinkedIn) and identifying commercial opportunities
- Preparing for trade shows, campaigns, and customer initiatives
- Monitoring progress in the sales process and initiating improvements
- Contributing to a professional customer experience from the inside sales department
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in a commercial or communication-related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a commercial (inside) sales role
- You work in a structured way and think customer-first without losing sight of the bigger picture
- You are analytical and enjoy improving processes and systems
- You take initiative and feel responsible for the outcome
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus (we use Teamleader, among others)
