We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering various outdoor space and infrastructure projects within our 3D environment. In this role, you will work on projects that focus on locating, detecting, classifying, and verifying physical assets such as traffic signs, streetlights, and road markings on behalf of contractors and government agencies. While prior knowledge of outdoor spaces and infrastructure is not required, an interest in this sector is important.
Your role is essential in managing expectations, ensuring clear communication, and delivering project outcomes that meet customer needs. You will directly contribute to the success of our projects and customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Planning and managing commercial projects: Ensure clear scheduling and effective execution.
- Communication and client management: Guide clients, help them formulate their actual needs, and ensure transparent communication regarding project status.
- Team coordination: Act as a liaison between the project team and other internal stakeholders.
- Quality and delivery: Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed standards and expectations.
- Process improvements: Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and enhance project execution.
- Progress reporting: Provide weekly reports on project progress and share updates with management to keep them well-informed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- HBO/WO (Bachelor’s/Master’s) level of education.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the outdoor space or infrastructure sector.
- Proactive, commercially driven, and experienced in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Ability to handle stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
- Basic knowledge of GIS software is a plus.
